Shipping policy

All Handmade wigs can take maximum of 10 business days to process before shipping. 

Shipping is made possible by either DHL Express (1-5 business days delivery depending on location and realtime tracking)  or PostNord (Sweden only)(1-12 weeks delivery depending on location, limited tracking).

When we have shipped your order the responsibility lies with the shipping company, once you have claimed your package the full responsibility lies on you. Make sure you inspect the package before claiming it!
